Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about booking Timeless underground for your upcoming event in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

What areas do you cover for bookings?

I am based in Birmingham and cover the entire West Midlands area, including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, and surrounding regions. Travel further afield can also be arranged upon request.

Can we choose the music playlist for our event?

Absolutely. You are welcome to submit a list of favourite songs and 'must-play' tracks, as well as any artists you prefer to avoid. I combine your personal taste with crowd-reading expertise on the night.

Do you provide your own sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, all bookings include professional sound systems and modern LED dance floor lighting. Setup and sound checks are completed well before your guests arrive.

What musical styles and genres do you play?

While I specialise in classic 90s and 00s club anthems, dance, and retro pop, I cater to all tastes including contemporary chart hits, motown, soul, disco, rock, and party classics across all decades.

How far in advance should we book?

Key weekend dates, especially during summer wedding seasons and December holiday periods, tend to fill quickly. It is recommended to book as soon as your venue and date are confirmed.

Are you insured and is your equipment PAT tested?

Yes, all equipment is regularly inspected and PAT tested, and I hold full Public Liability Insurance required by venues and hotels.
